Arsenal news: Eberechi Eze’s future up in the air as Gunners look to rival Tottenham Hotspur

Arsenal have entered the race for Crystal Palace and England star Eberechi Eze.

There is set to be a huge summer overhaul at the Emirates Stadium after the Gunners finished as Premier League runners-up for the third successive season last term.

Mikel Arteta has already added Spanish shot stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga to his side, with midfielder Martin Zubimendi and Brentford captain Christian Norgaard expected to follow.

The North Londoners have also reportedly agreed on personal terms with Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera.

Arsenal eye Eberechi Eze

Eberechi Eze looks to be North London bound.

According to David Ornstein, Arsenal have put Eze high among their options to bolster their attack.

Any deal for the 27-year-old would reportedly be a separate signing from a striker and winger.

While no contact has been made between Arsenal and Palace, the England international is understood to want the move, as per TNATS via Patreon.

Oliver Glasner’s side would demand three instalments of £20million, plus £8million in add-ons for Eze.

Tottenham Hotspur interest

Fellow North London club Tottenham Hotspur are also considering a deal for the forward.

Thomas Frank reportedly also has eyes on Bryan Mbuemo, Antoine Semenyo and Mohammed Kudus this summer.

Following Arsenal’s interest in Eze, Spurs are said to be well briefed on the situation, according to TBR Football.
