Tottenham news: Spurs and Manchester United among Premier League clubs keen on Antoine Semenyo
Tottenham Hotspur are one of several Premier League clubs reportedly interested in signing AFC Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo.
Following their disastrous campaign last term, Spurs have enjoyed a far better start under new boss Thomas Frank this season.
The North Londoners sit fourth in the Premier League table, having only lost once and notably beating Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium.
In Europe, Tottenham have been less than convincing, though.
Most recently, the Lilywhites salvaged a 2-2 draw in Norway against FK Bodo/Glimt, courtesy of an 89th-minute Jostein Gundersen own goal.

Despite signing a new contract on the South Coast with Bournemouth in the summer, Semenyo has continued to attract interest from some of the Premier League’s biggest clubs.
According to TBR Football, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Manchester City and Aston Villa are all understood to be keen on the forward.
Of course, Spurs and United had both held talks with the Cherries over a move for Semenyo in the summer.
That being said, Andoni Iraola’s side are adamant they will not sell the Ghanaian in the near future.
The 25-year-old’s current deal is valid until 2030 and reportedly does not include a release clause, so in theory, Bournemouth could demand a gigantic fee.

Why is Antoine Semenyo so sought after?
Following a superb individual season last term, in which he bagged 18 goal contributions in the Premier League, it is safe to say that Semenyo has picked up where he left off.
The Ghana international has scored four goals and provided two assists in just six league outings for the Cherries this season.
Semenyo caught the eye of many on the Premier League’s opening day with a spectacular brace against Liverpool at Anfield.
With the forward’s continued red-hot form, it is no shock to see several huge clubs circling.
